 Leak Detection Guarantee
We guarantee that if a leak exists at the time of testing, we will locate the leak. If we are unable to locate the leak, there will be no charges for a leak detection. If you feel like a problem was misdiagnosed, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the situation for you.
Leak Detection Warranty
Our Leak Detection warranty is limited to 30 days from the date we identify a leak location. Therefore, it is important to have repairs done as soon as possible, so we can be notified before the 30-day detection warranty expires should there be a problem with the work performed.
Due to the fact that in most cases only one leak can be located at a time, there will be a charge for isolating the location of any additional leak(s) that are found to exist when the initial repair has been made and the system is retested.
Repair Warranty
All repairs are guaranteed for two (2) years against defective workmanship and / or materials, unless stated otherwise.
Additional warranties, expressed or implied, are hereby excluded. In the event that the buyer proves that workmanship or materials are defective, the buyer's remedies shall be limited to either re-repair of the affected area or return of the purchase price equivalent to the affected area, at the sole option of American Leak Detection, such remedy being exclusive of all others and the sole remedy available to the buyer. |
