| Dallas / Fort Worth Area Commercial E-Pipe Epoxy Pipe Lining |
American Leak Detection has the newest technology in both non-invasive leak detection and repair. ePipe Lining is the newest addition to our options for repairing leaks in pressurized plumbing lines. This proven technology has been used by homeowners, the federal government, hospitals, Universities, major hotels, resort facilities, apartments, and industrial facilities.
The patented ACE DuraFlo® ePIPE system achieves restoration of leaky pipes with virtually no destruction in half the time as compared to a conventional full repipe. Your newly restored, leak free pipes, will never corrode, pit or scale. Invest in the ACE DuraFlo® system to repair and prevent costly water leaks that could lead to even more costly slab leaks.
A permenant, safe solution for potable water systems, ACE DuraFlo® uses only pipe lining and coating materials that are NSF approved and UPC listed for safe use and consumption. Once restored, your system will no longer leach lead or copper contaminants. Your water stays pure, clean and safe to drink.
ACE DURFlo® has sucessfully used its proven pipe relining system to save building owners and homeowners thousands of dollars, while also saving occupants the messy, noisy, and destructive experience of a conventional repipe.
The Process: Pipe Lining

Step 1: Air Drying
Air hoses are connected to the piping system. The isolated system is then dried with preheated, filtered air.
Step 2: Cleaning The dried pipes are cleaned using an air and abrasive mixture that prepares the inside surface of the pipes for proper
bonding of the epoxy. An air corundrum mixture is used to sandblast the inside of the leaky pipes.
Step 3: Epoxy Coating
The final stage of the ePIPE process is the application of the copper pipe epoxy coating lining to the system. This seals and protects the piping system from future corrosion. |
