 Tiffany Mathison
Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher
Providing excellent customer service since 2009.
Prior to joining the American Leak Detection team, Tiffany worked as a construction warranty manager with Toll Brothers & Kimball Hill Homes. Since 1999 she has held her real estate brokers license.
Tiffany loves spending time with her husband and two kids, as well as participating in her local bowling league.

Sharon came to American Leak Detection after many years in various customer service positions.
Sharon is a softball coach and enjoys working with the girls she coaches.

 Brad Smith
Pool Leak Specialist
Providing excellent customer service since 2008.
Brad has been in the pool leak detection/service industry since 1998. He has experience working with equipment repairs, salt systems, pool remodels, pool maintenance and has taken continuing education classes for swimming pool water heaters and salt systems. And since working in the pool industry Brad has overseen the construction of 3 pools. He is a certified PADI® Diver with a dry suit, and is Search Rescue Advanced Certified.
Brad enjoys SCUBA Diving, working on motorcycles, old cars, and trucks. He is a family man and enjoys spending time with his wife and 4-yr old boy. |

 Kenny Woods
Pool Leak Specialist
Providing excellent customer service since 2007.
Kenny has been in the pool leak detection since 1996. Prior to coming American Leak Detection, Kenny spent time working with other pool leak detection companies as well as working for himself. He also worked at the American Leak Detection office in Fort Worth prior to joining the Dallas office.
Kenny enjoys riding motorcycles as well as installing custom LED lighting systems on mortorcycles, boats, and cars. |

 Marcus Shoemaker
Pool Leak Specialist
Providing excellent customer service since 2007.
After serving our country in the US Navy, in 2001, Marcus got his start in the pool industry as a cleaner and equipment repair technician. Since joining American Leak in 2007, he has developed his skills as a leak detection specialist.
Marcus' numerous hobbies include playing video games and coaching little league football, which he has been doing for the past 11 years. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and son, Joshua. |

 Brian Weeks
Slab Leak Specialist
Providing excellent customer service since 2000.
Brian joined American Leak Detection after immigrating with his wife and two kids from South Africa. While in South Africa, he gained experience in the plumbing industry while working for a contractors supply company. As a Leak Detection specialist, he is cross trained in all areas of leak detection, but his specialty is in slab leak detections. He holds a Master Plumber's License, which he obtained in 2006.
Brian enjoys all outdoor activities, such as gardening, fishing and hiking. |

 James Willis
Slab/Sewer Leak Specialist
Providing excellent customer service since 2001.
Prior to joining the Dallas office, James spent 2 years working with American Leak Detection in Tulsa, OK. He currently holds a Journeyman Plumber's license and has extensive knowledge in all areas of leak detection and repair including slabs, sewers, infrared, trenchless pipe replacement, e-pipe, and much more. James has experience working in residential, commercial, and municipal areas.
He enjoys playing golf and softball, racing cars, and spending quality time with his wife and kids. |

 Dan Shuck
Slab/Sewer Leak Specialist
Providing excellent customer service since 2008.
Prior to joining American Leak Detection as a Leak Detection Specialist, Dan has worked a number of different plumbing projects throughout his career. These include residential remodeling, commercial remodeling, and new commercial construction. He is a certified welder on all types of metal, has experience with custom metal fabrication, and has his Journeyman Plumber's license
Dan enjoys 4x4 off roading, skiing, wakeboarding, firing guns, and Nitro RC car racing. And best of all, he loves his job!!! |

 Mike Dickerman
Slab/Sewer Leak Specialist
Providing excellent customer service since 2009.
Mike came to American Leak Detection with a wealth of knowledge in the commercial plumbing construction field. He also has experience with plumbing remodels and environmental testing. Mike has held a Master Plumber License since April 2009.
Mike enjoys riding motorcycles, being involved in youth sports, and simply relaxing (when he has the time). He is very involved in his 10yr old daughters activities, including basketball among other things. He hopes to be married to his current girlfriend in the next couple years. |
